ARTIST STATEMENT One of my approaches to painting is to pour layers of acrylics or watercolor onto watercolor paper or canvas, creating organic shapes and linear sharpness. After painting directly for more than thirty years, I find the spontaneity, the fluidity and the stylistic eclecticism of pouring paint to be a freeing and spiritual experience.
